An awareness to bring in the need of being physically fit was organized by the school in association with the FIT INDIA WEEK called in by the CBSE Board.

The walkathon was scheduled on Dec 1st 2019 and we had over 1000 registrations in various age groups. The 3 kms, 5Kms and 7 kms walk was led by MsTejaswiniAnanthkumar who walked the first Km to feel the pulse and enthusiasm of the participants.

Among the dignitaries who walked were Ms Shruti Goradia – leading Kannada film artist, Mr Rakesh Manpat –National Level Indian Shooter, Politicians from the school area.

The event started at 7.00 am and was live on 93.5FM. The route map was chalked and shared with the participants as per their category and various water spots and nursing stations was setup on the route.
The event brought in the awareness with lots of fun and happiness as each one supported an another in this walkathon.
