Alpine Public School in association with Snyder Electric Company conducted a polluting drive to create an awareness amongst the motorist to get their vehicles checked and ensure the emission was to minimum.
The students of Std VI and VII visited a petrol bunk in the school vicinity and conveyed every customer over there on the damage done by vehicles’ toxic pollutants. They stressed that this shouldn’t be underestimated, and are particularly harmful for younger people.
Various banners/ placards, posters and pamphlets were created with the message to stop pollution and use public transport.
The role of students involved in spreading the message and creating cognizance on the motorists was well appreciated.
