“Explore the indigenous knowledge and adapt it in the modern context to make your life more challenging and rewarding”, this was the personal advice given by the Dy. Registrar of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Science, as the Chief Guest on the occasion of Graduation day in Alpine Public School, held on 7th Feb’16.
In the course of his Graduation Day Address Dr. Vasanth Shetty stressed that “the uniqueness, the individuality, and the life experience molds us into fascinating beings and we only need to embrace that to challenge ourselves to delve into the deepest resources of our hearts to cultivate an atmosphere of understanding, acceptance, tolerance, and compassion”.
The formal march of the graduates was led by the Chairman of the school Mr. Kabeer S A, Vice Chairman Mr. Rasheed and the Principal of the school Ms. Jaya Shastry.
Mr. Kabeer in his address asked the students to step out of their comfort zone and be challenged with something unfamiliar and unaccustomed, such that they realize their capacity to go beyond the horizons.
The day began with the Academic Excellence Awards followed by the candlelight and Graduation Song. This emotional scene had all the parents stand up for their wards achievement and accomplishments. Such motivating words and support by parents made the day memorable for those present at the occasion.
